- the screen you were on and what you expected to see
Please do not send backup files or quotes that contain your clients' details unless we ask for them. We cannot see your data: it is only on your phone.
Common questions
How do I move my data to a new phone?
On the old phone open More → Backup and restore and tap “Save a backup file”. Send the file to yourself or save it somewhere you can reach from the new phone. On the new phone open the same screen and tap “Restore from a backup file”. Restoring replaces what is in the app; you can undo it straight away.
I uninstalled the app. Can you recover my quotes?
No. Everything is stored only on your phone and is not included in Android's cloud backup, so we never had a copy. If you saved a backup file earlier, restore from it after installing the app again.
My business name is missing from the quote.
Fill in More → Business. The details there (name, contact person, address, phone, e-mail, website, registry code, VAT number, IBAN) are printed on every quote. The preview warns you while the business name is empty.
How do I change the VAT rates, or switch VAT off?
More → Prices and VAT. You can edit the list of rates, choose the default for new lines, or switch VAT off, in which case quotes show a single total. Each dish and extra cost can have its own rate.
The total changed after I edited the event.
Dishes served per guest and staff who follow the service duration are recalculated when you change the guest count or the hours. Open History of changes on the event to see the total before and after.
Can I send a quote without prices on every line?
Yes. In Quote details choose the layout with one price per guest. The quote number, issue date, validity, your message to the client and the terms are set on the same screen.
How do I delete everything?
More → Backup and restore → Erase all data. Clearing the app's storage in Android settings or uninstalling the app does the same.
